• I have been training with Julie since October 2011 starting at a weight of 67kgs My waist measurement was 86cms and my hips were 108cms. Through her PT sessions she has pushed and focused in reaching my fitness, weight and body goals. Not only are her PT sessions brilliant and challenging every time they have given me the basis to do my own training which is an important part of the process and something I would never have done before. If you can believe I now weigh in at 50KGs and have a waist measurement of 68cms and hips of 89cms! Not only have I seen my body change I have seen my fitness and stamina grow which has allowed me to complete a half marathon and the London marathon just this April.   • I have been having personal training session with Julie for over two years now and I can honestly say she has done so much good for me. She is an absolute star! I now keep a food diary which I show to her on a weekly basis this has helped keep me on the straight and narrow with my food. She is always ready to offer me advice on my diet and when it comes to working out I've gone from being out of breath when walking upstairs to being able to run a mile in under 7.00 minutes which means a lot to me. Over the last two years I have gone from being 171KGs (27stones) to 103KGs (16stone) and I have lost 8-10 inches of my waist.
